Our CEO moved to Austria and ran straight into the wall every immigrant knows: the paperwork. Forms that reference other forms. Offices with hours that make no sense. Months of your life spent proving you’re allowed to build one here.

She decided to tear the wall down. That’s mypaperwork — software that guides skilled workers through visas, residence permits, and the bureaucracy that Europe uses, however unintentionally, to turn away the talent it needs. We’re building the infrastructure layer for regulated migration across the continent.
We’re at the moment that only comes once. In September we launch B2B. We’re opening Portugal and Spain. And we’re looking for the person who’ll take our go-to-market from a founder’s shoulders to a real, running engine.

This is not a channel job. It’s the whole thing — how we’re positioned, how demand is built, how the funnel runs in HubSpot, how one story lands in three markets and two audiences. You’ll do it hands-on now, and you’ll build the team around you as we grow. You’ll report to the founder who lived this problem and will move as fast as you do.

Up to €80,000/year plus growth-based bonus, your birthday off, extra days over the winter holidays, and hybrid flexibility from our Vienna base. We’d love you to start 1 September.
