Product Designer

About the role

We are looking for a Product Designer who cares deeply about making complex processes feel simple. You will own the end-to-end design of user-facing features — from early discovery to shipped pixels — across our web app and marketing site.

What you'll do

• Lead UX and UI design for new and existing product features

• Conduct user research and translate findings into actionable designs

• Build and maintain a consistent, accessible design system

• Work closely with engineers to ensure high-fidelity implementation

• Help define and iterate on the mypaperwork brand and visual language

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of product design experience, ideally in B2C or SaaS

• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product thinking

• Proficiency in Figma and modern design tooling

• Ability to communicate design decisions clearly to technical stakeholders

• Fluent in English; German is a plus

Nice to have

• Experience designing for complex, multi-step flows or forms

• Background in immigration, legal, or regulated services

• Prototyping skills with Framer or similar tools
