What is the work permit for students?
As a non-EU student with a Student Residence Permit, you have the right to work alongside your studies. Before you start any job, your employer must obtain a work permit (Beschäftigungsbewilligung) from the AMS (Public Employment Service) on your behalf. Once it's approved, you're ready to start your part-time job.
