Both plans include a personal buddy you can reach by chat and email. Your buddy guides you through the checklist, reviews your progress and answers your questions. Our Book a Buddy service which is included in our premium package includes someone going with you in-person to the authorities (MA35 in Vienna).

Yes — at any time. You only pay the price difference and we automatically take over translations, fees and document handling from that moment on.

On Premium, we manage the full case and handle any authority follow-ups on your behalf. On Standard, we will be there to help you respond to any additional requests from the authorities.
